All great athletes need the right fuel to perform at the top of their game. So we’ve laid on a feast fit for the gods, and as our lunch is in December then an xmas feast is the default dish if you don’t choose an alternative online. The award winning IoD chef Roger Evans is again in charge of the kitchen and having taken the Masterchef quarter-finalists through their paces, he is ready and waiting to please those digital palates.

As we are so close to the main event, our culinary maestro is currently sharpening his knives, hand-plucking the finest Turkey and selecting exquisite seasonal trimmings.
